If this snack also incorporates rich ingredients in bioactive substances, we are facing a superfood of our own elaboration that can help us at the antioxidant level and even contribute an extra fiber that helps us at the digestive level.

In the post REishi HonEy & Cinnamon Granola and Product Review, This recognized London blogger, personal and nutritionist coach, proposes a recipe to prepare cereal bars with Reishi-Miel. According to Charlotte, an "innovative" way to introduce mushrooms (and their benefits) in the daily diet. As we have already mentioned in other recipes, a priori, the fact of incorporating mushrooms into a sweet recipe is shocking, however the result can be surprising and delicious! Next we propose the recipe of this blog, but improved with an extra of Reishi and, therefore, with more antioxidant value. In addition to adding Reishi-Miel, we incorporated Reishi (Ganodema lucidum) powdered with Superfood Reishi Antiox.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup and ½ of oat flakes
  • ⅓ Cup of nuts such as nuts, hazelnuts or almonds (natural, salt)
  • 2 tablespoons of Superfood Reishi Antiox
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
  • ½ tablespoon of cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of pink salt of the Himalayas
Preparation
  • Preheat the oven to 180 ºC and place baking paper strips on a tray
  • In a saucepan, melt coconut oil, honey and Reishi's superfood powder until you get a homogeneous mixture
  • Mix the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl and add to the previous mixture. Stir until the mixture of all ingredients
  • Pour the pasta on baking paper and cooking strips 16 minutes (watches that they don't burn)
  • Once the cereal bars are brown and their smell permeates all the kitchen, the time will have come to serve and enjoy them, good benefit!
