Micaela, Encarnación, Ana Belén, Esther and Lorena They are the protagonists of the newly released documentary about the
2017 Polar Challenge, a 53 -minute tape that includes the adventure of these five women who, after having left cancer behind, undertake a new challenge to thousands of kilometers to amplify their message of overcoming and courage in front of cancer: travel more than 200 km in 10 days through the Arctic to reach the Sermilik glacier.

In total, about 500 people committed to the message of overcoming and strength around cancer could see in first the documentary of the
#CVARLAYOVIDAPOLAR17.
The adventure he collects began last September, but previously the protagonists had to pass a preselection to which more than 500 women attended. According to the organizer of the challenge, the writer and journalist Eric Frattini, the courage of Micaela, Encarnación, Ana Belén, Esther and Lorena determined his choice to participate in an extreme expedition in which they traveled through the INLANDIS or inner ice of Greenland where they found areas of cracks, brittle ice and rivers, glaciers and icebergs at extreme temperatures.
2017 Polar Challenge
Like the previous challenges (the rise to Kilimanjaro in 2015 and the Atlantic crossing in 2016), the polar challenge was not exempt from difficult times. The most relevant had to do with the state of ice and adverse weather, which shortened the trip but did not prevent the five brave ones from fulfilling their dream of stepping on large icebergs in the inner ice of Greenland.
"I imagine it as a desert but worse" or "I have not analyzed much where I do only know that I go to Groelandia and there I leave it" are some of the impressions of the protagonists on the plane with which the documentary that collects, in addition to the expedition and strength of each one starts, s
u personal history through which we discovered how they faced the diagnosis of the disease and how they faced it.
