RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY


At Hifas Da Terra S.L., a company committed to excellence in the production and development of pure formulas derived from mushrooms for the benefit of health, we understand the importance of ensuring a relationship of trust and transparency with our customers. We have therefore developed this Returns and Refunds Policy, the purpose of which is to clearly and rigorously regulate the procedures applicable to the return of products purchased via our website (www.hifasdaterra.com), always in strict compliance with current national and EU legislation.

Our policy is based on respect for the rights of the Customer, defined as any natural or legal person who, as an end consumer, purchases products sold by Hifas Da Terra S.L. in order to meet their needs. In this regard, the Customer shall be entitled to return products purchased under the conditions described below, provided that the requirements imposed by both the applicable legislation on consumer rights in the Customer’s country of residence and the relevant European guidelines and international regulations are met.

1. Right of withdrawal

Legal right to withdraw from the purchase: Right of withdrawal.

Pursuant to the provisions of the applicable legislation on consumer rights in the Customer’s country of residence, as well as in accordance with international and European regulations relating to e-commerce and consumer protection, including the provisions of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament, the Customer is granted the right to withdraw from the purchase contract concluded via our online shop, with a period of thirty (30) calendar days from receipt of the purchased goods, without the need to provide any reason or justification.

In the case of the purchase of a Pack on the Hifas da Terra S.L. website, the period for returning any of the products included in said Pack is extended to sixty (60) calendar days from receipt of the goods.

However, in cases where the Customer resides in the United Kingdom, the right of withdrawal is extended to a period of ninety (90) calendar days, in accordance with the provisions of Article 27E of The Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 (2008 No. 1277).

To exercise this right, the Customer must express their decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement. This statement must be sent in writing to the email addresses indicated above for each country, or by post to our registered office at Portamuiño, 7, 36154, Pontevedra, Pontevedra (Spain). For legal certainty, we recommend that you retain the acknowledgement of receipt for this notification.

If the product is not what you expected (does not apply to packs), you may request a return and refund within 30 calendar days, bearing the costs of delivery and return.

The return fee is €4.95, which will be deducted from the refund to be issued. This will be processed once the product has been received.

The product must be returned within 30 days of you notifying us of your decision to withdraw.


2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

In strict compliance with the applicable legal provisions, the right of withdrawal is subject to certain limitations and exceptions, which shall apply in the following cases:

  • Goods which, by their nature, are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

  • Sealed products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, and whose seal has been broken after delivery.

As the products sold by Hifas Da Terra S.L. consist of food supplements and other mushroom-derived products with health benefits, returns will only be accepted if the product packaging remains intact, sealed and shows no evidence of having been tampered with or altered in any way.


3. Product Return Procedure

Should the Customer wish to return one or more products, they must follow the steps detailed below:

  1. Contact our Customer Service Department by sending an email to atencionalcliente@hifasdaterra.com or by post to the address provided above, clearly stating your intention to return the product and providing the relevant order number. To do so, you may use the template at or the withdrawal form at .

  2. Upon receipt of your request, you will be provided with detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return of the purchased goods.

  3. The Customer must return the product within a period not exceeding fourteen (14) calendar days from the notification of their intention to withdraw from the contract.

  4. Products must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition, with all labels, accessories and other items that formed part of the original order, showing no signs of use or damage, exactly as they were received.


4. Costs Associated with Returns

Hifas Da Terra S.L. will charge the Customer €6 to cover handling and transport costs for the return of the order, unless the Customer chooses to return it using their own means of dispatch to the address provided. 

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the direct costs arising from the return of the products shall be borne by the Customer, unless the return is due to an error attributable to Hifas Da Terra S.L., such as the dispatch of a defective product or one that does not correspond to the order placed.

It is the Customer’s responsibility to select a suitable shipping method for returning the products, preferably one that includes tracking or proof of delivery, as Hifas Da Terra S.L. shall not be liable for any damage, loss or misplacement that may occur during transit.


5. Refund Procedure

Once the returned goods have been received and their condition has been checked in accordance with the aforementioned criteria – namely that they are in perfect condition and sealed – Hifas Da Terra S.L. will proceed to refund the amount paid for the products, including, where applicable, the delivery costs. The refund will be processed within a maximum of fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the returned goods.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer when making the purchase, unless the parties expressly agree on an alternative method.

For returns of Packs, the return conditions will be dealt with in detail, and a partial return of the order may be made. The refund will be calculated based on the RRP of each individual product, once the items have been received and checked 



6. Faulty Products or Incorrect Deliveries

In the event that the Customer receives a defective product or one that does not correspond to the order placed, Hifas Da Terra S.L. undertakes to cover all return costs, as well as to send the Customer a new product in optimal condition, at no additional cost.

Should the Customer receive a product in poor condition, they must contact the Customer Service department for the relevant country, as indicated on our website. They will be provided with detailed instructions and the conditions for proceeding with a free replacement of the product or, where applicable, a return.

To proceed in such cases, the Customer must contact us within seven (7) calendar days of receiving the product, providing the information required to verify the defect or error (e.g. photographs of the product received).
