When we talk about dust, we refer to the format that results from drying the fruitful body of fungi at low temperatures and their subsequent grinding. In Hifas da Terra we carry out the Creomolienda, that is, a transformation process at less than 0º C and for this we do not use hammers or knives. The powder results from the friction of 98 stainless steel bars with which the cell walls of the fungi are broken and the active biomolecules of interest such as prebiotics, fiber, etc. are released.

To obtain extract we use a different process with which a highly concentrated and rich in natural active nutrients such as beta-glucans, terpenes, ergotinein, fatty acids, ergosterol, herithenone, tap, etc.
